Refund Policy

Strict zero-refund policy on Lifetime Activations

Notice of Digital Finality

Because Zus Player offers a completely unrestricted free trial, all subsequent purchases of Lifetime Activations are strictly non-refundable. Please utilize your trial to guarantee device compatibility before purchasing.

1. The 7-Day Trial Precedent

Every single device that downloads Zus Player is automatically granted a multi-day trial period. This trial provides 100% access to all premium features of the application. It is your strict responsibility to utilize this trial period to ensure the app functions flawlessly with your television hardware and third-party playlist provider.

2. Digital Goods Exemption

A "Lifetime Activation" unlocks the MAC address of your device perpetually on our databases. Due to the immediate, digital, and irreversible functional nature of unlocking the software, you explicitly waive your standard right of withdrawal or refund upon completing a transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will universally deny refund requests based on the following subjective user errors:

  • You misunderstood the product: You purchased Zus Player believing it included Live TV, Movies, or Series. We clearly state everywhere that the app is empty.
  • Your provider goes down: If the playlist you upload begins buffering or shuts down, that is entirely the fault of your provider, not our video player.
  • You changed your device: A MAC activation is tied to the physical network card of the device. If you buy a new television, you must purchase a new activation.

4. Chargeback Abuse

If you attempt to dispute a valid activation charge with your credit card issuer or PayPal under false pretenses, your MAC address will be permanently blacklisted from our servers and local cache, disabling the application entirely across your network.
