Terms of Use

Last updated: 5/14/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Zus Player application and website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Zero Content Liability

Crucial Notice: Zus Player is exclusively a media parsing interface. We do not provide, host, supply, or distribute any form of multimedia content. Users are solely responsible for obtaining and inserting their own legally acquired playlists or streaming credentials.

Zus Player does not endorse or tolerate the use of its platform for the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material. Any user found utilizing the software for explicitly illicit purposes does so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application in any way that violates applicable local, state, or international law or regulation. We reserve the right to ban backend device MAC addresses that demonstrably exploit our synchronization networks via malicious requests.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Zus Player" software, user interface design, logos, and proprietary backend synchronization technology remain the exclusive property of our organization. You may not reverse-engineer, crack, or illegally distribute our application binaries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zus Player provided "as is". We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of playlists, or synchronization failures. Because playback quality is 100% dependent on your personal third-party playlists, we offer no guarantees regarding buffering, stream quality, or uptime.
