Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using Zus Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Zus Player grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Account & Device Registration
Each device is identified by a unique MAC address and device key. You are responsible for keeping your device credentials secure. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any illegal purpose; (c) redistribute or resell the App without authorization; (d) attempt to circumvent any security features.
4. Content
Zus Player is a media player application. It does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through their own playlist configurations.
5. Subscriptions
Device activations may be subject to subscription periods. Expired subscriptions may result in limited functionality. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) device identifiers (MAC address, device key) for authentication; (b) basic usage data for service improvement; (c) email addresses for reseller accounts.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: (a) authenticate devices; (b) manage subscriptions; (c) provide customer support; (d) improve our services.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
4. Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Zus Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: (a) the content accessed through user-configured playlists; (b) service interruptions or downtime; (c) any damages resulting from the use of the App.
By using Zus Player, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the content you access.
